Jose A Colon, 56 of Altamonte Springs, Florida and formerly of Vineland, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2015.
Born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, Jose loved to go the flea markets and was a member of the Spanish Mennonite Church, Wood Street, Vineland.
He is predeceased by his parents, Gilberto Colon and Leonides Rodriguez, a sister, Luz Nereida Colon and a nephew, Omar Colon.
He is survived by, 1 brother: Angel Flores of Vineland
3 sisters: Elsa Flores of Orlando, Fl.
Iraida Pereira of Vineland
Evelyn Pereira of Bayonne, NJ
2 nieces: Jasmin Calderon and Carmen Perez
3 nephews: Gilbert Colon, Michael Perez and Jose Colon
His caregiver, Carmen Rivera of Florida
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Jose will be laid to rest at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 9am to 11am at the funeral home.
