Jose R. Heredia, 62, of Vineland, passed away on Monday, February 20, 2017 at home surrounded by his family.
Jose was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico and worked for Tom Urgo Landscaping for over 25 years. He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed gardening, playing pool and dominoes.
Jose was predeceased by his father Vincent Heredia and two brothers Vincent and Jose L. Heredia.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Yolanda (Flores) Heredia; six children, Raymond Heredia, Jose Heredia Jr., Jacqueline Heredia, Wanda Heredia, Jasmin Heredia and Jenny Heredia; his mother, Sofia (Flores) Heredia; 13 grandchildren; three brothers; four sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 9am to 11am at the Higher Places Ministry 40 W. Landis Ave., Vineland followed by a funeral service at 11am. Jose will be laid to rest at Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
