Joanne R. Garton, 55 of Vineland passed away on Tuesday, June 6,
2017 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgeton, NJ,
she was a graduate of Millville High School, Class of 1980.
Joanne was an Assembly Coordinator for Kimble Chase in Vineland
for 29 years. She loved going to and watching NASCAR Races,
loved the beach, country music, camping and animals.
She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Suzanne (Smith)
Honachi and sister-in-law, Paula Garton.
Joanne is survived by her husband of 24 years, Kevin Garton; her
son, Steve Hansen; 2 brothers, Michael (Joyce) Honachi and
Joseph (Donna) Honachi; 1 sister, Carol (Giovanni) Lucignano;
sister-in-law, Denise (Brian) Ferus, mother and father-in-law, Mary
and Walter Garton; several nieces, nephews and her 2 beloved
pets, Winston and Grace.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12noon at DeMarco-
Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Joanne will be
laid to rest at Siloam Cemetery, Vineland. Family and friends will
be received on Sunday from 2pm to 4pm and again on Monday
from 11am to 12noon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to the Cumberland Co. S.P.C.A., 1244 N.
