Obituary of Joyce M. Davidson

Joyce M. (Pinto) Davidson, 85 of Vineland passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, she worked for the Division of Youth and Family Services and the Vineland Developmental Center for over 29 years. Joyce was a member of St. Mary's Church, Malaga, the Legion of Mary, the Sierra Club and volunteered at the church and was a Eucharistic Minister. She is predeceased by her parents, Granville and Una (Anderson) Pinto; her husband of 66 years, Anthony G. Davidson; her son, Robert Davidson and brother, Fabian Pinto and sister, Muriel. Joyce is survived by 4 sons, Keith Davidson of Vineland, Patrick Davidson of Jamaica, Paul and Mark Davidson both of Georgia; 2 sisters, Vilma Pinto and Norma Pinto; 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11am at the Daughters of Our Lady of Mercy Chapel, Villa Rosello, 1009 Main Rd., Newfield, NJ 08344. Entombment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery Mausoleum, Vineland. Family and friends will be received on Saturday morning from 10am to 11am at the CHURCH.
