Sharon (Lore) Biondi of Vineland and Cape May, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at home with her family by her side. A Cedarville native, she lived in the Bridgeton area, was a long-time Vineland resident and a 1967 graduate of Bridgeton High School. Sharon assumed the post of president of Biondi Insurance Agency following the untimely death of her husband, A. William "Bill" Biondi in 2014. "The entire staff is deeply saddened by Sharon's passing," said George Castellini, CEO, of Biondi Insurance Agency. "Sharon's extensive financial and banking experience brought a new perspective to our management team." Sharon was a branch manager when she retired in 2006, following a banking career that spanned over 30 years to spend more time with her beloved husband and family. Sharon and Bill thoroughly enjoyed their summer home along the Delaware Bay in Cape May and cruising the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay in their 34-foot Sport Craft. They also took pleasure in their 1953 Ford Crestline Victoria as they toured the South Jersey shore area. Sharon assisted with staging and scheduling of appearances by Bill's band that entertained at parades and numerous events in Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Woodstown, Cedarville and Downe Township. A long-time patron of the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia, Sharon enjoyed dining out, traveling, entertaining, motor cycle riding and watching NASCAR racing. She also enjoyed tending to her beautiful flower gardens in Vineland and Cape May. Her greatest joys were her step-children and step-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Minnie and Robert B. Lore, Sr.; and her beloved husband, Bill. Sharon is survived by 2 brothers, Lorenzo "Renzi" (Ruth) Lore of Sugar Tree, TN and Robert B. (Joyce) Lore, Jr. of Cedarville; 3 step-daughters, Marilyn (Gary) Beres, Anne Massey-Wills (Brian) of Vineland and Kathi (John) Wolff of Lebanon, Pa; brother-in-law, Charles (Bernice) Biondi of Vineland; 9 step-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her canine companion, MacKenzie. Sharon will be greatly missed by family and many close friends. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 30th at 8:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 9pm at the funeral home. Final disposition will be private.
