Obituary of Catherine L. DiBiase

Catherine L. DiBiase, 92 of Vineland, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at home, surrounded by her family.

Catherine was born in Newark, New Jersey and was a resident of Vineland after marrying her husband of 62 years in 1954.

Catherine lived in Williamstown and Buena before moving to Vineland where she worked at Kimble Glass. After her marriage she worked as a farmer at the DiBiase Farm and Canning House.

Catherine was actively involved with her church, St. Michael's of Minotola, New Jersey, loved to work in the garden and was an avid reader.

She is predeceased by her parents, Henry and Catherine Betty and her husband, Petro F. DiBiase.

Catherine is survived by her son, Peter V. DiBiase of Wharton NJ; daughter, Linda J. DiBiase of Vineland, NJ; daughter-in-law, Sheryl A. DiBiase of Wharton, NJ; granddaughter, Meaghan A. DiBiase of Morristown, NJ; brothers, Joseph Betty of Collegeville, PA, and Michael Betty of Cherokee, North Carolina and 15 nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday. April 1, 2025, at 11am at our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Michael's Church, 504 S. West Ave., Minotola. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday morning from 10am until 10:45am at the CHURCH. Catherine will be laid to rest by her husband Peter's side at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.

Special thanks to the Bayada Nurses and Fox Health and Rehabilitation for all their help during the last six months of hospice care and nieces, Joanne (Spatola) Gibbons, and Antonette (Spatola) Ocasio for their loving care spent with Catherine.
