Rosemary Serbeck, 77, was born on August 6, 1946. She went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2023, after an extended illness. Rosemary was a lifelong resident of Vineland.

She is predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Stephen F. Serbeck; her parents, James and Tressa Fazzolari; and her brothers, James Fazzolari and Joseph Fazzolari.

Rosemary served her community through various social programs and her catering business of 20 years, Catering by Moonlight. Rosemary earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Stockton University and was named in the Who's Who of Colleges and Universities. She was a published writer and talented artist. She loved fishing, camping, and visiting Lido Beach in Florida.

Rosemary cared for many people in her life. Her faith and love for God were a spiritual inspiration to many who knew her.

She is lovingly survived by her three children, Toni Williams, Bobbie Scales (Mark), and Stephen Serbeck (Christina); grandchildren, Christina Mick, Aleasha Whipple, Roy A Williams, Emily Scales, Stephanie Scales, Isabella Serbeck and Stephen M Serbeck and 5 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends will be received on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 9:00am until 10:00am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland. A funeral service will follow at 10:00am. Interment will be held in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
