Obituary of Chastity Torres

Chastity Nicole Torres, 39, went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2023, surrounded by family and friends. Chastity was born in Salem, New Jersey, and was a lifelong resident of Vineland.

She is survived by her fiancé, Joseph M. Purificato; she leaves to cherish her loving memory her sons, Rafael Díaz, III, and Cameron Purificato; her grandchildren, Rafael Díaz IV, and Amarius Díaz; 2 step-children, Joseph and Adriana Purificato; her siblings, Edwin N. Burgos, Damarie Burgos (Julio), Joseph Collazo (Beatriz), and Joel Collazo; her aunt, Millie Collazo-Howard (Larry); her mother-in-law, Margaret Maines (Gilbert), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and close friends.

Chastity is predeceased by her mother, Vivian Torres; her father, Jose R. Collazo, and her brothers, Roger Serrano and Kevin Negron.

Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 5pm to 7pm, followed by funeral services from 7pm to 8pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Joseph Purificato are welcomed in memory of Chastity.
