Obituary of Angela Rose Stampa

Angela Rose Giannascoli Stampa was born on Jan. 30, 1921, and passed away on July 16th. She was married to the late Joseph Stampa, who died in Aug. 1969. Also predeceased by her daughter, JoAnne Stampa who passed in 1996, sister, Mary Dandrea, brothers, Dominick and Emidio Giannascoli, Peter and Emilio Peroni. Survived by her daughter, Delores and son-in-law, Jack Reilly. Also granddaughter, Alisa and her husband Paul Theveny and their children, Liam, Patrick and Madeline Rose, and her grandson Robert Evans and his wife Tiffany and their children, Giovanna and Bryn. Also surviving are her sister, Alice Dell'Aringa, sisters-in-law, Adeline Giannascoli and Josephine Stampa, and many nieces and nephews.and numerous friends. She was employed for many years in clothing factories in Vineland. Before moving to Bishop McCarthy Residence 2 years ago, she resided at ParkView Gardens, in Minotola, NJ. Rose was an avid pinochle player, always ready for a game or a trip to the casino. A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday, July 19th at 11am at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Michael's RC Church, Minotola, NJ. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Summer Ave. Landisville, NJ., Friends will be received on Thursday at the church from 9:30 am to 10:45am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bishop McCarthy Residence, 1045 E. Chestnut Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
