David B. Allen, 59, of Bear, DE passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday evening, June 22, 2016. He was born on November 14, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA and resided in Vineland for most of his life before moving to Delaware in 1999.
David was employed by Comcast as a customer service representative. He enjoyed watching the Eagles, building computers, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
David is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sandra (nee Tomasso); mother, Jean Housler; three daughters, Shannon Allen and house partner Frank Caruso, Stephanie and Lisa Geraci; six grandchildren, Dante and Destiny Geraci, Isaiah Whitehead, Darrius Bluitt, Davon and Jadan Whitehead; three brothers, Joseph Allen and wife Michele, James Allen, Kevin Allen and wife Julie; two sisters, Nancy Rooney and Susan Allen.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 3:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 1pm to 4pm at the funeral home.
