Michele, Kayla and Cheryl, I am deeply saddened for the loss of your loving husband and father. I will surely miss Bob, our conversations over the years were filled with laughter and reminiscing the old times at PSE&G. Bob and I worked together for many years in Newark and at Hadley Road in South Plainfield. My last memory of Bob was a happy and funny conversation we had for at least an hour back in August, you will be missed by your family and friends that you touched. Michele, Kayla and Cheryl, my sincere condolences and may you find comfort in reading all the fond memories of Bob.....

Bob, we had a lot of fun mixing them up at school, since I didn't use the Jr. after my name.
Rest in peace my brother, see you in heaven, I'll use the Jr. at the gates.

Who knew 30+ years ago for Joe and 20 years for me at PSE&G, we would meet such a wonderful, caring, funny guy, who would become a part of our lives forever. The laughter, great times and stories - so many stories - we all experienced will never be forgotten. Whether enjoying a simple dinner, a vacation, Atlantic City or just sitting around talking, each experience was one of true friendship and love. We will greatly miss you dear friend, and our hearts go out to Michele, Cheryl and Kayla today and always. Until we meet again....xo

Very sorry and sad to hear about Bob. We worked together at PSEG for many years. We used to talk about Yankees all the time, but when it came to football not so much, lol. My condolences to the family. Bob was a really good guy and I will miss him. We reconnected on Facebook about four years ago. RIP Bob

My deepest sympathy on the passing of your husband and father. Bob and I graduated from NBHS the same year. Although we didn't know each other well, I could see that he was a fine man with a great sense of humor.
May you be strengthened and comforted by your faith in God during this very painful time. May God bless you all.

I met Bob at PSE&G in 1987. We worked on the same floor and I ran into him at the vending machine and he introduced himself. I was going through a difficult time in my life and I always felt better after seeing his genuine smile in passing. As time went on, we started having conversations and that's when I realized what a great sense of humor he had. He turned some of my worst days into sunshine. I loved how he spoke up for what he believed in. I will always remember his kindness, spunk and sense of humor. My sincere condolences to Michelle, Cherylann and Kayla. Sending love and hugs from NC.

I graduated the same class as Bob at North Bergen high. He was a lightening rod in school disguised as humor though most times very funny. Those days were difficult dealing with the authorities, especially in 1968 and 1969. Outspoken on many occasions that I witnessed, he would say what most of us were thinking.
From such irritations, pearls are made. Sounds like that is what Bob turned into, a pearl of a gentleman.
My condolences.

Michelle, Cheryl and Kayla.... There are no words to express the sorrow that we are feeling at this sad news that Bob has passed. He was absolutely one of the nicest men we know with such a gentle soul and I will miss seeing him at Mass on Sundays. May he rest in the eternal peace of the Lord who I know welcomed him with open and loving arms...
