Obituary of America Negron

America Negron (nee Emilian), age 89, died peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, January 7, 2019.

She was predeceased by her son, William Agosto, and by spouses, Francisco Agosto and Octavio Negron and sisters, Marta and Amelia.

She is survived by her siblings, Carmen Miranda (Victor), Maria Baez (Jorge), Jose Emilian (Adela), Ana Vega and Robert Emilian. She is sadly missed by her children, Margaret Berrios, Frank Agosto, Dean Agosto, (Olga), Myrna Prince (Eddie) and Enrique Agosto (Kathleen), Delma Agosto and several grand and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

America loved saying the Rosary. She was a great romantic who loved old movies, the stories in her novellas and listening to boleros. She was devoted to her faith and lived it well, loving all of her family without conditions. Being with family was her greatest joy. She was loved deeply by family and friends. May she rest in peace.

Family and friends will be received on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m to 9:15a.m. at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Mass of the Resurrection will follow on Saturday at 10:15 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Church, 19 Malaga Road, Collings Lakes, Williamstown, NJ. America will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Summer Avenue, Landisville, New Jersey 08326.
