Obituary of Marlene Vitale

Marlene Vitale of Buena, NJ passed away peacefully on January 12, 2019 at the age of 66. Marlene grew up in Landisville and worked in the medical field for many years, most recently employed by The Heart House in the Vineland area. Outgoing, funny and daring, she made friends easily. Wherever she went she would find someone she knew or someone she was related to. There is no doubt that she will be sorely missed by her family and her many friends, but we can take comfort in the thought that she's probably sitting somewhere on a beach far beyond the boardwalk communing with nature. She was predeceased by her parents, Angelo and Rose Vitale. Marlene is survived by her beloved companion, Dennis Reilly and his family as well as her brother, Dan Vitale (Maribel) and sisters, Marie (Robert) Bryan and Inge Rose Vitale. She also leaves behind her loving nieces and nephews who adored their precious aunt "Mimi"….the cool aunt. Family and friends will be received on Friday from 9am to 10am with a funeral service at 10am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Marlene will be laid to rest at Friendship Cemetery, Landisville, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Friends of the Historic Friendship Church, 40 S. Brewster Rd., Vineland, NJ 08361.
