A dear friend and always so nice. I have not seen him in many years...always remember him taking a picture of my daughter Tammy DeFero, when she was a cheerleader at VHS. So glad he was loved so much by his family.

My dearest friend Diana, my deepest condolences and prayers are with you and your family and all who knew your Father. I didn't but I'm sure that he was a wonderful person because it shines through you. I also pray that in this time even these words can comfort you, your mother and siblings especially!! May the love and memories you have live in your hearts. Rest well Mr. Rebeck

Dom was a true talent and a great guy to work with, and not just because he could always make you laugh. Dom could also make a writer look good with his pictures, which were worth way more than a thousand words. And speaking of looking good, that's a great portrait of this great photographer the Rebecks posted with his obituary. My congratulations to whoever captured that perfect image of Dom, and my sincere condolences to his whole family. I didn't get to know Lucille very well in my two years working with Dom in Vineland, but I could always see very plainly that these two people were a real-life, living love story.

My sincerest condolences to Dom’s family. I haven’t seen Dom in many years but we were good friends when we were teenagers. I think I remember the wood street neighborhood where Dom lived. RIP

Our deepest condolences to your beautiful family. We had the privilege of knowing your husband and father as a caring and involved parent of students we had the privilege to teach and as a wonderful professional. May you find peace and comfort in the treasured memories you keep.

When Dom was hired by The Press, I quickly learned that the best way to work with him was to tell him what I thought the story was about and then get out of his way and let him figure out how to illustrate it. He never disappointed. He was so talented and so professional. I look back on our time in the Vineland Bureau and I can't help thinking how fortunate we were to have so many talented people in one place at one time. We all loved what we were doing and had so much fun doing it.

To the family of Dom Rebeck,
My sincere condolences. I was the football, baseball coach and athletic director at Millville and Dom took many, many pictures of our teams and games. Always a great professional but very personable and we had many nice talks. In this difficult time, know how much Dom impacted so many people with his infectious personality. May he rest in peace.

There are no words great enough to describe Daddy; the greatest father, the most generous man, the most adoring Grandpop.
Nor are there words strong enough to describe the terrible void that is now felt by me and my family. Dad, two weeks ago you told me your favorite word in the whole world was "Daddy". Thank you for loving our family above all else. I miss you so much. I Love You...more.

I only worked with Dom for a few years but they are cherished memories. If you went to cover an assignment with Dom, you knew your story was in great hands. He was a truly great photographer and a wonderful person. Some of my favorite memories as a reporter are my conversations with Dom in the Cumberland County bureau newsroom, either working out a story or working out life in general. RIP my old friend. I will light a cigar in your memory. Deepest condolences to Lucille and family.

The world is a little less brighter today. I was blessed to know Dom and work with him. A consummate professional - talented beyond belief and still kind and humble. Sending prayers to Lucille and his entire family today.

It was an honor and a pleasure to work with Dom. His pictures were great, but beyond that he made me a better reporter by asking the questions I never thought to ask. Plus he bought me milkshakes. And made me laugh. The world is a better place because of Dom.
