Obituary of Sara Carrero

Sara Carrero, was born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico on October 14, 1951, a homemaker and life-long resident of Vineland, NJ, she passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at the age of 68 while surrounded by family. Sara is survived by her daughters, Jackyline Carrero and Jannet Carrero; her grandchildren, Angelic Collier, Rafael E. Goyco and Elijah Collier; sisters, Carmen M. Berrios, Ana L. Berrios, Paula Cardona, Lucia Cordero, Herminia Berrios, and Nelida Berrios; brother, Herminio Berrios. She is preceded by her parents, Carmelo Berrios and Josefina Berrios; husband, Juan Carrero and sister, Petra Berrios. Sara was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, going to church, being with her family, and helped babysit for family members children and as well as friends. She was a faithful servant of GOD and made sure that her family was always taken care of. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Family and friends will be received on Friday evening from 5pm to 6pm for family only and from 6pm to 7pm for friends. Funeral services will follow from 7pm to 9pm at the Vineland Spanish Assembly of God, 512 S 3rd Street Vineland, NJ. Arrangements by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
