My sincere condolences to Dolores’s family. My husband George worked with Dolores at Sears and that is how I met her. He always told me what a wonderful lady she was and when I got to know her I had to agree. She was the sweetest, kindest and most loving person. I regret I didn’t keep in better contact with her throughout the years. My dear husband passed years ago and I do believe they are enjoying seeing each other once again. I actually look forward to the time when I’m also with the Lord and see all my loved ones again. God bless you all with comfort and peace. I thank God that we were truly blessed to have known such a wonderful kind person that Dolores was.
With sincere sympathy,
In remembrance of my dear friend;
Dolores was the nicest friend anyone could have. We had such good times together. We both worked at Sears. When 12 noon came around, we met in the lunch room. Dolores made the sandwiches [because she was worried I didn't eat while working] and I brought the coffee and cake! The hour went by so fast, but it brightened the rest of the day for us. I always say that God sent me the best and kindest friends and she was by far one of them!
Rest in Peace my dear friend. I will miss you and I will keep you in my prayers.
Love Rita Alvino
