Aurea E. Vazquez – Sanchez, 81 of Vineland passed away on June 18, 2020. Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on December 5, 1938 to Antonia Lopez and Segundo Sanchez, she moved to Brooklyn, New York in June 1960.
Aurea is predeceased by her brothers and sisters Manolo, Neca, Pablo, and Luis A. Lago.
She is survived by her loving husband, William Vazquez Velez who she married on June 21, 1958. Her children, Mayda E., Eliezer, Ruth E., William Jr., Elias, Magdalena E., Daniel, Rebecca and Samuel.
Aurea is also survived by her grandchildren, Jeremias Ramos, Erica Ramos, Eliezer Vazquez Jr., Jazmine Vazquez, Tiffany Bermudez, Ashley Vazquez, Elijah A. Vazquez, Melanie Ramos, Jeannine Ramos, Christopher G. Vazquez, Seige A. Vazquez, Nathaniel A. Vazquez, Nicholas Ramos, William Blake Vazquez, Gabriela R. Rivera, Joel Vazquez, Brianna L. Rivera, Riley Elon Robles, Sophia R. Robles, Brooke Allexa, Samuel Ernesto and Mateo Sotero. As well as her great grandchildren, Ciauni Debrah D., Apollo, Saige Gavin, Alexia Julian J., Liam A. Maddox, Eva R., Lennox, Lilliani, Cael R., James A., Troy A, Benjamin C, Avianna A, Eric N., Milani, Tatum Grey.
Aurea leaves behind her sister Sofia Sanchez of Orlando, FL, her brother Antonio Sanchez of Arecibo, PR and her nephew Luis A. Lago of Florida.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will take place at Greenwood Memorial Park in Millville, NJ.
