Oliva (Soto) Rosa, 71 of Vineland, NJ., passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 peacefully at her home. She was born in San Sebastian, P.R., to the late Justo and Dominga Soto.
She loved to praise God, go to church, spend time with her family, shopping and growing crops.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Angel Rosa. Her daughters, Aracelis Torres and son-in-law, Luis Torres; Maria Rosa; Migdalia Rosa and son-in-law, Candido Rivera and her son, Angel David Rosa. She had eight grandchildren who she dearly loved, Dalitza and husband Leonel Pilco; Shiomara and Joel Larrio; Angel Manuel and Deini Rosa; Melissa Torres; Janiel and Jariel Rivera. She also had two adorable great grandchildren, Ileana Lee Pilco and Angel Rosa, Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10am at The Panamericana Spanish Seventh Day Adventist Church, 765 S. 6th St., Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery. Friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm and again on Thursday from 9am to 10am all out of the church. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
