Obituary of Ismael Luciano

Ismael “Cano" Luciano, age 69 passed away peacefully at home on September 24, 2020 in Vineland, NJ. He was born in Utuado, P.R. He was a resident of Vineland, NJ for most of his life. Ismael worked for the Community Day Care Center as a driver for over 25 years. Ismael gave his life to the Lord 38 years ago and since then has devoted his life to worshipping the Lord through music. He was an avid guitar and bass player. He was part of “El Trio Emanuel” for many years, where he was able to travel and play at different church services. Ismael enjoyed spending time with his daughters, but especially his grandchildren. He loved watching sports and was the biggest Phillies and Eagles fan. Ismael also loved to play dominos with friends. He is survived by his daughters, Maria L. Ramirez, Rosa M. Luciano, Amy Luciano (Eddie) and Yadira Lopez (Raul), as well as 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. His surviving siblings are brothers, Emilio Luciano (Aurea), Luis Luciano (Sara), and a sister, Maria Albilda Luciano. Ismael is predeceased by his parents Emilio Luciano and Nicolosa Cortez, his brothers Cristobal, Francisco, and Vicente Luciano and sisters Isabel, Julia and Carmen Luciano. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 6 pm to 8 pm with a funeral service at 7:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private.
