Obituary of Curtis Grayson

Curtis Grayson, 71, of Vineland passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 in South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center, Vineland after an extended illness. Mr. Grayson was born in Dixon Mills, Alabama, and later relocated to Vineland where he remained a lifelong resident.
Curtis retired from the Vineland Board of Education, where he worked in the maintenance department. Prior to working at the BOE, he worked over 30 years at High Concrete as an operator.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Margaret; one daughter, Darralyn Lindsey, and son in law, Michael Lindsey of Franklinville, NJ; two grandchildren, Celese Maggie and Michael Myles Lindsey; one God-daughter, Tiffany Carter-West; Five Sisters; Eva Jones of Vineland, Ruby Ellerbee, Dixie Robinson, Jettie Coates (Curtis) all of Alabama; Dorothy Tobin, of Arizona. One Brother, Arthur Grayson (Carol) of New York, and was preceded in death by his brother, Ollis Grayson Jr., along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
Relatives and Friends will be received Saturday, Jan 19th from 3:00- 4:30 pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave, Vineland, and immediately following, his memorial service will be conducted at 4:30pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
