My dears, I know there are no words that will take away the pain of your loss. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers and hope that this at least brings some comfort at this sorrowful time.
Mami was such a warm and generous woman. I never remember a moment when she didn’t seem to be loving life. Her dedication to you, her daughters, was extraordinary and you’ve all received the gift of her strength. But her cooking skills...? I don’t know if anyone can claim to come close!
I’m so proud and happy to also have a collection of her beautiful crocheted slippers. The multicolored are from the 80s. The red and blue late 90s-early 00s. I have cherished them and they are even more precious to me now. They have always made me smile and feel warm and loved. Think of how many others have felt this same love and will remember your mom’s beautiful loving soul! What an incredible legacy.
Our love and deepest condolences,
Natalie and Brandon Fontaine

My beautiful Titi Rosin crocheted these booties for my twin girls right before she left this earth. She always gifted me and my parents gorgeous crocheted items for the holidays, a blanket for Mami and a warm hat for daddy. We will cherish these items forever. I know she created them with love in every stitch. We will miss you Titi.

My fondest memory is visiting my aunts home when I was a child. It was one of my favorite places to visit. I enjoyed her showing me all the unique crafts she would make and sew. I remember her being so cheerful always and in such good spirits... so so positive. I felt her love in every sweet gesture and every delicious Puerto Rican “Fritura” and desserts she would make. But more than anything I remember her saying “Que la Virgen te acompañe” waving goodbye when we would leave her house to return home. She was one of our matriarchs and she will never be forgotten. I love you Titi Rosin. You will always be in my heart .
