Obituary of Aida L. Medina

Aida L. Medina, 75 of Vineland passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, Aida was a devoted, caring, and faithful mother. She was always there to listen and give advice to family and close friends. Not only was she a woman of God that loved to attend New Life Tabernacle, but she read God’s Word daily, she prayed fervently that impacted people lives. Flowers made her smile and bought her joy. Those that knew her knew that she was an amazing hostess to those that visited her and cooking was her favorite. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and making them laugh. She is predeceased by her oldest brothers, William and Anibal Lugo. Aida is survived by her sisters, Constancia Lugo, Nelida Lugo, Edith Medina and Nilda Lugo, her brothers, Hiram Lugo, Adalid Lugo and Erasmo Lugo, her sons, Elvin Ruiz and Sandro Medina, her daughters, Sandra L. Martinez, Maribel Boyle and Betzaida Gomez; her grandchildren, Alvin Ruiz, Marisela Ruiz, Estrellita Martinez, Thomas E. Boyle, Jr., Timothy Matri Boyle and Ashley Ruiz. She had one great grandchild that she adored and brought her much joy, Mia Gabriella Ruiz. Family and friends will be received on Monday, January 4, 2020 from 10am to 12pm, with funeral services to follow at 12pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland. Casket will be closed and burial will be private as per family requests.
