Obituary of Vivian Ressani

Vivian Rita Ressani, 86 of Richland, NJ, passed away peacefully, on February 3rd, 2021 at Juniper Village. Vivian was born in Vineland, NJ to Rita and Joseph Merighi on July 21, 1934. She graduated from Vineland High School in 1951. She joined the family business as a server at the Rio Rita Tavern on Route 40 in Richland, NJ. She married John Ressani in 1956 and was a devoted wife, mother and loving homemaker for all the years to follow. Vivian truly served others, selflessly putting others and things before her own needs. She enjoyed spending time with her family, riding her bike, crab dinners, polenta with the girls and cracking open a nice cold Budweiser. Vivian was strongly rooted in her faith, diligently attending and serving at her local church. She now rests peacefully with her husband, siblings and other loved ones in heaven. Vivian is survived by her daughter, Rita Lillie and husband Michael Lillie; son, Louis Ressani and wife Joy Ressani; grandchildren, Vincent (Jacy) Bracaliello, Brittany Bracaliello, John Ressani, and Julia Ressani; great grandchildren, Margaux and Vienna Bracaliello. Grams, your memories and spirit will live on forever and we all know….."Everything will be A-OK"! Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2021 from 10am to 12pm with a funeral service at 12pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland, NJ. Vivian will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Cemetery, Union Rd, Vineland.
