I got to know Bert through the Luisi family and I would see him when he came into Wawa and we always took a few minutes to laugh and talk, he was a true character, Bert was one of the sweetest people I knew, a sense of humor that I absolutely loved. He will be missed. Prayers and love to his family. ♥️
