Martin J. Giacomoni, 88 of Vineland, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Lincoln Specialty Care Center, Vineland. Beloved husband of Anne (nee Vicari) Giacomoni, married for 65 years. Martin was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1955 after 4 years of service. On the home front, he served 38 years with the Coast Guard Auxiliary assisting in search and rescue on summer weekends. He created exceptional auto upholstery as well as boat work, truck seats and furniture upholstery during his career. He enjoyed collecting and making clocks, restoring antique furniture and his model train collection. Trips to Scotland, Italy and London were memorable experiences for him and Anne. Martin is survived by his wife, Anne; daughters, Carol Anne and Debbie Giacomoni; grandson, Nicholas Isabella and Nick's dad, Joseph Isabella, Sr as well as nieces and nephews, Donna Giacomoni, Kathy (Jordan) Ross, Joanna (Jordan) DeLuca, Laureen (Jordan) Cohen, Douglas, Brian, David, Jeffrey and Kimberly Vicari. He was predeceased by his parents, Esther (Frasnelli) and James Giacomoni and brother, Donald Giacomoni. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm with funeral services at 7:30pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Homes For Our Troops, 6 Main St. Taunton, MA 02780/HFOTUSA.org.
