Obituary of Peter G. Fury

Peter George Fury Sr, 85 years of age, died April 22, 2021, at home, in East Vineland, NJ. Pete was born in Bronx, New York on December 12, 1935 and worked at Kimble Glass Company in Vineland for over 50 years. He also farmed his land in East Vineland. Pete was in the National Guard and the Reserves and was a member of the East Vineland Fire Dept. He loved his Lionelle Trains, worked on his railroad for 50 years, and it was his masterpiece. Pete was married to the late Betty Fury (Graci), who died on March 29, 2020. He survived by his daughter, Michele Fury of East Vinland; his son, Peter Fury Jr; his grandchildren, Krystle Fury, Katheleen Fury, and Peter Fury the third; great-grandchildren, Phillip King and Bella Rose Fury; brother-in-law, Victor Rovani Sr and sister-in-law, Fran Rovani and two nephews, Victor Rovani Jr and Brian Rovani. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 10am to 10:45am, followed by a funeral liturgy at 11am at Padre Pio Parish, Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 4680 Dante Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, East Vineland. Memorial contributions can be made to the Buena Vista Rescue Squad. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S.
