Carmen Rosa (Castro) (Lozano) Harrold, age 70 of Vineland, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 2, 2021, surrounded by her loving family, after a lengthy battle with Dementia.
Carmen was born in Utuado, Puerto Rico on July 23, 1950 and was a life-long resident of Vineland, where she worked for Lab Corp for 23 years until retirement.
Carmen was full of life and laughter. She loved dancing, singing, crafting, baking, cooking, gardening, fishing, crabbing, and traveling. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Carmen is predeceased by her parents, Gladys and Manuel Castro and son-in-law, Thomas Urgo, Jr.
She is survived by her husband of 17 years, James L Harrold; her children, John Lozano (Maria), Adam Lozano (Anna), Rebecca Steward (Mark) and Jeanette Urgo; 8 grandchildren, Selena, Adam Jr., Austin, John III, Kaitlyn, Raven, Thomas III and McKenzie; 3 great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jenaleyah and Cesar. She is also survived by her sisters, Irma Colon, Carmen Nuñez, Blanca Carrion and brother, Ramon Castro along with several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 to celebrate Carmen's life from 10am to 11:30am with funeral services to follow at 11:30am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland, NJ 08360. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
