A friend passed along the news to me just today of Jim's passing...although it has been many years since our paths have crossed, the picture of Jim on this tribute is exactly the way I remember him. That big smile, that seemed ever present on his face. One of the kindest people I had ever had the pleasure to know...you could meet Jim once and he would treat you like his best friend. That memory of him stuck with me my whole life. My condolences to you Debbie and the entire family.

I will miss seeing Jim in town and telling each other our jokes. We always ended with a great laugh. Our most heartfelt sympathy to Deb and Family.

I remember Jim from our "Schooner" days, my husband went to West Deptford with him. He always had a smile and would dance the night away. We are so sorry for your loss. Prayers to his family. Mike and Laureen Pollock

Jim, my favorite cousin. You were a big part of my childhood, one of my first friends. We shared many thanksgiving dinners together( although you always ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich rather then Turkey ) from sleep overs, family parties, pillow fights, playing that “pie in the face” game and you making me go first, then quitting when it was your turn, but I always got you back when I put peas in your mashed potatoes during dinner, our college years hanging at Schooners with my dance partner, always laughing and having fun…... As we got older we drifted apart… but You were always in my heart.
I will always remember my caring, fun loving and smiling cousin. A few years ago you surprised me and we spent the day at the beach, I will always cherish that day. I will miss you **Only the good die young.
Sending love to his beautiful wife, Deb and daughters. So sorry for your loss. And all of Jim’s family and friends … RIP dear cousin

I am so sorry for this loss, James was such a genuinely nice and outgoing man. Along with always greeting me with a smile anytime I saw him. Every time my Mom would come to dance class to watch me, they would always strike up a conversation and she always spoke very highly of him. I pray that he is at peace, and anything I can do…. I am right here. I’m so very sorry

I met him a select few times through his daughter Shannon. I waited on him and his family a few times and he was always so pleasant. Ready to talk about sports with and a laugh and smile in hand. Surely a wonderful man, one who will be sorely missed.
