Obituary of Anne L Viola
Anne Louise (Robbins) Viola, 86, of Vineland, NJ, passed away Friday morning, November 12, 2021, at the Bishop McCarthy Center in Vineland, NJ after an extended illness.
She was born in Millville on May 5, 1935, to Oscar and Anna (Barnette) Robbins. She was a 1953 graduate of Millville High School and worked at Wheatons Industries. She later worked for National Glass, Inc. in Newfield, NJ.
She was a kind, gentle, friendly person who lived quietly and was loved by many. She always had a smile and a hello for everyone while taking her many walks. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved going to church, cooking, crossword puzzles, reading and animals, especially dogs.
She was predeceased by her parents, Oscar and Anna (Barnette) Robbins; two brothers, Lewis (Nancy) Robbins and Oscar (Gladys) Robbins; a sister, Kathryn, whom she was very close to, and her beloved dog, Burley.
Mrs. Viola is survived by her devoted husband of 66 years, John P. Viola, Sr.; a son, John P. (Adrienne) Viola, Jr. of Vineland; a daughter, MaryAnne (Robert) Barber of Vineland; two granddaughters, Amanda (Andrew) Boehm of Millville and Alexandria of Vineland; a grandson, Eric (Suzanne) of Randolph Center, Vermont; and two great-grandchildren, Caleb and Lacey Boehm both of Millville.

A visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, St. Rose of Lima Church, 104 Catawba Ave., Newfield, NJ on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow immediately after at 11:00 AM. A burial at Siloam Cemetery in Vineland, NJ be held immediately after the Mass.
