Adam Rios, 77 of Vineland, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at SJ Regional Medical Center, with his family by his side. Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, he was a resident of the Vineland area most of his life.
Adam was employed by many local clothing companies as a presser and at local farms. He enjoyed going to church and being with family, but most of all, he enjoyed helping others.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Amalia (Rosario) Rios of Vineland
1 son: Israel Rios of Millville
1 daughter: Mirian Rios of Vineland
2 granddaughters: Nilsa Serrano of Vineland
Eliza Rios of Florida
6 sisters: Antonia Crespo Rios and Lydia Rios both of Vineland
Edith Rios of Somers Point, NJ
Esther and Bienvenida Rios both of Florida
Olga Rios of Texas
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends will be received on Friday morning from 9am to 11am at the funeral home.
