Obituary of Donna Marie Allonardo

Donna Marie Allonardo, 55, of Franklin Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 21, 2022. She was born and raised in Cumberland County. She attended Vineland High School, Class of 1985. She married her high school sweetheart, Richard Allonardo Jr. in 1990.

Over the years, she was a preschool teacher at My Little Friends, a receptionist at Cumberland Medical Associates, the secretary at Allonardo Bros. Garage, and most recently, she took care of her grandchildren every day. Donna was a fun-loving and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends, going on vacations to Walt Disney World, day trips to Lancaster, PA, and attending all sporting events for her children and grandchildren.

Donna was predeceased by her grandmother, Benita Salsa Horning; father-in-law, Richard Allonardo Sr.; and 3 beloved dogs, Lizzy, Kloey, and Sammy.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 31 years, Richard Allonardo Jr.; one daughter, Ally Cruz and husband Caleb; one son, Richard Allonardo III and wife Veronica; 2 grandchildren, Abigail Cruz and Charlotte Cruz; mother, Bernedette Sooy; sister, Ronica Williams; sister-in-law, Angela Barbagli and husband Frank; brother-in-law, Kevin Allonardo and wife Jennifer; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 27th from 6pm to 8pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland and again on Friday, January 28th from 10am to 11am, followed by funeral services at 11am. Donna will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Victories Cemetery, Landisville.
