Obituary of Robert L. Mills

Robert Lee Mills 55, of Vineland, NJ passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at Inspira Medical Center, Vineland, NJ. He was born in Vineland on June 26, 1966, to Thomas Mills Jr. and Lorraine M Downing.

He was a lifelong resident of the area where he attended the Vineland Public School system. Robert reunited with his childhood sweetheart Darlene, and they were married in 2016. He worked various jobs in his lifetime. Robert attended Bradway Trucking School and worked as a truck driver for several years.

Robert was a loving and giving father, husband and son. In his past time, he loved reading and watching movies with his family.

Robert is predeceased by his father Thomas Mill Jr., son Jonnie Malloy, sister Lynette Mills-Smith, maternal grandparents, and paternal grandparents.

Robert leaves to cherish his love and legacy, his wife, Darlene; three sons, Abraham Soil, Jeremy Malloy (Rita), Gavin Telfair; daughter, Sasha Malloy; granddaughter, Sky Malloy; his parents, Lorraine and David Lemon; brother, Lamar Mills; sister, Loretta (Alvin) Jarmon; goddaughters, Taylor Edwards and Danae Clark and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Relatives and friends will be received on Friday, January 28th, 2022 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave in Vineland NJ. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery, 550 N. Valley Ave. in Vineland, NJ.
