Obituary of Ramon Nuñez

Ramón Nuñez passed away in his home on 29 March 2022 at the age of 46. He was commonly known as Monchi, Ray, or Raymond, by those who knew and loved him most.

Ramón was born in Cataño, PR on 16 June 1975 to mother Isaura Cruz and father Ramón Nuñez. At the age of five his family moved to New Jersey where he resided for most of his life. He attended Buena Regional High School and later transferred to vocational school where he developed his passion for mechanics.

An automotive enthusiast, Ramón took pride in his work and distinguished himself with a rare knowledge of all types of motor vehicles which includes cars, motorcycles, and ATVs. His expertise was well sought after by many other enthusiasts in the trade.

Ramón found sincere joy in making people smile. His charisma and creative jokes commanded the attention of everyone around him – especially those who love to laugh. He was known as the funniest and favorite uncle by his nieces and nephews.

Ramón is survived by his beautiful mother, Isaura Pagan, as well as a beautiful daughter, granddaughter, two younger sisters, three nieces, three nephews, and girlfriend. He is preceded by his birth father, Ramón Nuñez Sr., and his and step-father, Fidel Burgos who loved and raised him as his own.

Memorial services will be held on 4 April 2022 from 6-8 pm at

DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home located at 2755 S. Lincoln Ave, Vineland,

Ramón Nuñez falleció en su hogar el 29 de marzo de 2022 a la edad de 46 años. Era conocido comúnmente como Monchi, o Raymond, por aquellos que lo conocían y mas lo amaban.

Ramón nació en Cataño, PR el 16 de junio de 1975 de madre Isaura Cruz y padre Ramón Núñez. A la edad de cinco años su familia se mudó a Nueva Jersey. Donde residió la mayor parte de su vida. Asistió a Buena Regional High School y luego se transfirió a la escuela vocacional donde desarrolló su pasión por la mecánica. Entusiasta del automóvil, Ramón se enorgullecía de su trabajo y se distinguió con un raro conocimiento de todos los tipos de motor vehículos que incluye automóviles, motocicletas y vehículos todo terreno. Su pericia fue muy buscado por muchos otros entusiastas en el comercio.

Ramón encontró alegría sincera en hacer sonreír a la gente. Su carisma ylos chistes creativos llamaron la atención de todos los que lo rodeaban:especialmente aquellos que aman reír. Era conocido como el más divertido y tío favorito de sus sobrinas y sobrinos.

A Ramón le sobrevive su bella madre, Isaura Pagán, así como una hermosa hija, nieta, dos hermanas menores, tres sobrinas, tres sobrinos y novia. Le precede su padre biológico, Ramón Nuñez Sr., y su padrastro, Fidel Burgos, quien amó y lo crió como suyo.
