Bernadette (Williamson) Montgomery, 54 of New Castle, Delaware died suddenly on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, Bridgeton, NJ. She was born as Bernadette Justina Williamson on August 19, 1958 to father, Luther Lionel Williamson and Ida Mae Williamson (both deceased). Bernadette worked for Transamerica in Los Angeles as an underwriter for over 10 years. She then worked for BHC/Fiserv Security for 14 years as a Mutual Funds Operation Specialist. Bernadette enjoyed crocheting, music, singing and always had a smile for everyone she met. She is survived by her husband, James Montgomery; 2 sons, Carwell and Theisman Montgomery; 2 brothers, Toussant and James Williamson; 2 sisters, Margaret Thomas and Colette Jackson; one grandchild, Aubrey Montgomery; 2 nephews, Toussant Williamson II, and Christopher Williamson; 5 nieces, Chanelle and Melissa Thomas, Valshanay Williamson, Kayla Williamson, and Regina Jackson; and 2 great nieces, A'mya Clyburn, and Zyra Thomas. She is predeceased by a brother, Paul Anthony Williamson in 1964 at the age of 18. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 30th at 9:30am at the United Baptist Temple, 30 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Bridgeton (Formerly Willow Street). Burial of cremains will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bridgeton, NJ. Friends will be received at the church from 9am to 9:30am. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
