Obituary of Julian Alexander

It is with great sadness that we announce, our JuJu Bean has been called home to Jesus. Julian "JuJu" Alexander left this earth with his mother by his side on Friday, July 8th, 2022. JuJu was born on September 27th, 2007 in Vineland, NJ. Julian blessed us for 14 years with his infectious smile. He was such a fighter, overcoming obstacles that no one should face since 6 months of age, teaching everyone around him the true meaning of prayer, faith and love. JuJu was predeceased by his maternal great grandparents, Silvana Maldonado and Bernardo Rodriguez. Juju is survived by his parents, Melissa Hasty-Cruz and Luis Cruz, Jr.; brothers, Cameron and Elijah; sisters, Alexys and Jai'Ceona; grandparents, Fulton Hasty, Sr., Evelyn Walker and Abel Cortes and Jesusa and Luis Cruz, Sr. JuJu leaves behind to cherish the many blessed memories of him here on earth his aunts, Von, Sasha, Cathy and Kim; uncles, Joshua, Fulton Jr., Isaiah, Eddie and Joseph. He will be deeply missed by his many many cousins, great-aunts and great-uncles. Julian also leaves behind his best friend on earth and longtime nurse, Justin, his wife Eva and family. We may not be blood but we're family. Thank you for taking in our JuJu and loving him as your own. We will forever be grateful to have you all in our lives. Family and friends will be received for visitation on Monday, July 18th, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm and Tuesday, July 19th, 2022 from 2pm to 3pm, followed by funeral services from 3pm to 4pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will be private.
