Obituary of Harry Lewis Slimm Jr.

Harry L. Slimm Jr. age 63, passed away suddenly on December 6, 2022.

While growing up in Williamstown NJ, Harry earned the prestigious honor of Eagle Scout. His favorite activities included bowling, BBQing, boating, caring for his fish, being outside and forecasting the weather. An avid beach lover Harry enjoyed his summers in Cape May. As a lifelong Eagle's Fan; his enthusiasm for Philadelphia Sports was unrivalled, Go Birds! Harry also loved the Christmas season.

Harry retired from Verizon after 28 years of dedicated service. Newly retired Harry began his second career as a bus driver working first for Sheppard Bus then the City of Vineland Board of Education. He will be greatly missed by all who crossed his path.

Harry is survived by his wife, Stephanie Slimm (Richer); daughter, Rebecca (Jason); granddaughter Adalyn; mother Joan (Fenton); brother Patrick (Wendy). He is predeceased by his father, Harry L. Slimm Sr.

Visitation will be held at DeMarco - Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave. Vineland, NJ 08361 on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm followed by a funeral service at 7:30pm.
