Obituary of Delores A. Fennal

Delores Ann Fennal, 75 of Newfield, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2023, after a long illness. She was surrounded by her children and grandchildren when she passed. Delores was born on June 16, 1947 from the union of Jonie and Janee (nee Marcum) Caudill. Delores worked at Comar Glass, then Gerresheimer Glass in quality control for close to twenty years. In 1968 Delores met the love of her life and husband of many decades, Wilbur. From that union came Sonya Y. and Ryan S. Fennal. Delores will always be remembered for her big heart and love of cooking, but most of all, her will to fight. No matter how sick she was, she was determined and stayed strong. Through her we know what resilience and perseverance truly looks like. There was no quit in Delores. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn't mean she lost her fight. Delores is survived by her daughter, Sonya Fennal (Billy) and son Ryan Fennal (Alex); her siblings, Glen (deceased – along with late wife, Faye), Robert R. (Linda), Robert Lee, James (Marie), Donna K., Dorothy F., John (Sharon), Arthur Gene, and Claude (Sonia) Caudill; as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law, a host of nephews and nieces, and her grandchildren, Ciana Dickinson, Justin Fennal, Cierra Dickinson, Ryan Marcus Fennal, Aleena Fennal, Ava Fennal, and Xavier Casiano. Relatives and friends will be received on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 10:00am until 12:00pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. A funeral service will be held at 11:30am. Interment will be held privately.
