Obituary of Francis Miley

Francis Miley, 53 of Vineland, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a resident of Vineland all his life. Francis graduated with honors from Sacred Heart High School, Class of 1987, and then from the Atlantic County College of the Culinary Arts. Fran was employed at local restaurants, The Ram's Head Inn in Galloway and The Deauville Inn in Strathmere, and lastly at Elmer Hospital.

Fran enjoyed music and sports, especially baseball. He played little league baseball in Vineland in his youth.He was a member of 3rd and 4th degree Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council, and Bishop John Carroll Assembly of 4th degree and was active in color corps.

Fran was predeceased by his sister, Christine and his father, Frank. He is survived by his mother, Barbara and his brother, Stephen.

Relatives and friends will be received on Friday, July 7, 2023, from 10:00am until 11:00am at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish/Sacred Heart Church, 1010 E. Landis Avenue, Vineland. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00am. Entombment will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland.
