Obituary of Margaret Curliss

Margaret Curliss, 84 of Vineland, died Monday, March 12, 2012 at the SJ Regional Medical Center. Born in Millville, she was a resident of Vineland for many years and a graduate of Millville High School. She was a homemaker and a self-employed child care provider. Margaret enjoyed dancing, singing especially Paul McCarthy songs, and latch work. She also loved animals, especially her dog Max. She volunteered at the Alzheimer Daycare at Spring Gardens. She is predeceased by her husband John "Jack" Curliss in 1970, 2 sisters, Rosalie Langley and Palma Canglin. Survived by: 1 son: Greg Curliss and wife Ginny of Vineland 2 daughters: Jackie Pierson and husband Ron of Vineland Paula Curliss of Pittman, NJ 1 grandson: John C. Curliss of Vineland 3 sisters: Philomena Wildin of Vineland Pauline Kauffman of Millville Penny Foster of Reading, Pa. Many nieces and nephews Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1pm at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Entombment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Vineland. Friends will be received on Friday from 11am to 1pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Co. S.P.C.A. 1244 N.
