Obituary of Victor M. Morales Alvarado
Victor Manuel Morales Alvarado
October 15, 1945 - September 29, 2023
Victor was born in Aibonito, PR. He passed away unexpectedly at 77 years old in his home. He
moved to Vineland in 1992 and has been here since. He is survived by his wife; eight children;
20 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; sister; nieces; nephews; cousins; and daughters-in-laws.
He was a great father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He always made sure we had what
we needed. He always asked about his grandchildren. No one who met Victor forgot who he
was. He was very friendly and always opened his home to everyone. He had a laugh that was
very contagious. He enjoyed going to the church, New Life Tabernacle, and loved the people
there.
Victor loved to play the guitar; music was his passion. He would hear music, and he was already
pulling his guitar out. After he had a stroke in 2012, he wasn't able to play his guitar again, but
he never stopped loving and collecting them. He also loved to go fishing, collect elephants,
watch his Telemundo channel, and play the lottery. He loved his coffee in the mornings, and
let's not forget oranges.
He also learned to love the four house pets, Blackie, Sophie, Blue, and Sweetie the cat. He
loved to feed them and talk to them. Blackie, the giant dog, was his main buddy.
Victor is a person who will never be forgotten because his legacy lives on through his children,
grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
