Since our fathers were best friends, as well as first cousins, we saw David fairly often. There were a couple of summers where we got a chance to stay at their farm in Connecticut. Want fun days those were! Lots of hiking in the woods, bee stings and mosquito bites, and yummy fresh corn! I still chuckle when I think of cookouts (not barbecues. We were in the North, after all.). We always teased Dave because he called hot dogs “hot Bowies”. We really missed them when they moved to Florida. Not so much my sister, since she ended up marrying him!
Lots of fun family memories. David, you will be missed.
