Obituary of David Arvelo

David Arvelo, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on November 24, 2023. David was born on October 13, 1961 in Lares, Puerto Rico and came to live in New Jersey at a young age.

David graduated from Vineland High School's Class of 1978. He served in the Army National Guard for 6 years and also worked at Silverton Yacht for many years. David especially loved to go fishing.

David is survived by his loving mother, Sofia Rodriguez; his sister, Carmen Esquilin, and his two brother's, Israel Latorre and Osvaldo Arvelo. David is preceded in death by his father, Tomas Arvelo.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland NJ 08361 from 9:00am to 11:00am followed by a funeral service at 11am. Burial will follow immediately after the service at Sacred Heart Cemetery, 741 E. Walnut Road, Vineland NJ 08360.
