Obituary of Carmelo Morales

It is with great sadness and broken hearts to announce the passing of our father, Carmelo Morales on November 30, 2023 at the age of 79 in Vineland, New Jersey. His ongoing battle with medical issues in the recent years showed his courage and facing life challenges always with smile. Despite the pain, Carmelo came out as a strong individual and carried himself with such kindness and the biggest heart.

Carmelo's love for his family and his church was an inspiration that will carry on as part of his legacy. Carmelo enjoyed singing his church songs (coritos) " La Corona De La Vida " with great joy. Let's not forget his love for Popeyes fried chicken and the Phillies!

Carmelo will always be remembered by his loving wife pre deceased Sara of 37 years, his present wife, Sara of 16 year;s his 3 sons, Carmelo Jr (deceased), Steven, and Sam; his grandchildren, Sam Jr (deceased) and Nate; his mother, Carmen Morales (deceased), father, Elias Morales (deceased), sisters, Maria Hernandez (deceased), Carmen G Pachecho, Carmen Aponte, and brother, Miguel Morales and many nephews and nieces. He will also be dearly missed by his friends and church members .

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 10am to 11am followed by funeral services at 11am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, Vineland.
