Please share a memory of Rosemary to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Rosemary "Rosie" Ulrich (Groves), passed away at home on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at age 80 surrounded by her family after her battle with cancer.
Rosie was born in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to parents Robert and Anna Groves. She was swept off her feet at 15 when she married a handsome man in the U.S. Air Force, Harry. Rosie spent her younger years raising four children, moving around the country, and working multiple jobs as a waitress and limo driver before finally settling down and planting her roots in Vineland, New Jersey. She spent most of her life working as a bus driver for the Vineland Board of Education and a Hotline Counselor for abused women and children until she retired at age 73.
Rosie enjoyed a good cup of coffee while cuddled up next to her dogs doing a puzzle or watching Hallmark movies. She loved clothes and single handedly kept QVC in business. She was a great seamstress. Rosie had a passion for astrology. She entertained family and friends for many years with her palm and tarot card readings. Every time you see a shooting star, penny on heads, or a rose we hope you think of her beautiful soul.
Rosie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Anna; her sister, Suzanne Schultz; and husband Harry. She is survived by her loving partner, Dominic Gallo; her two daughters, Linda Ulrich and Debbie Mysko (Richard); her two sons, Robert Ulrich and Thomas Ulrich (Diana); her six grandchildren, Gene Davis (Tricia), Lucas Mysko, Jennifer Ulrich (Anthony Webster), Nikki Mulholland (Robert), Katti Hampton (Christopher), and T.J. Ulrich; her eight great grandchildren, Gavin, Allie, and Carlie Davis, Rylee Hampton, Madelyn Mulholland, and Adrian, Aubrey, and Anna Webster.
A celebration of Rosie's life will be held privately by the family.
