Margaret R. 'Marge' Gannon ,97 of Vineland passed away on Saturday March 16, 2024 at Millville Genesis with Bayada Hospice care after a lengthy illness. Marge was born on August 26, 1926 in Millville, the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Reeves. She attended St. Mary's and Millville High School. She lived in Dallas, Texas for twenty years with her late husband, Raymond before moving back to Vineland after his retirement. Marge was an avid reader of biographies who enjoyed music and having family over for parties and holidays. She made yearly trips to her favorite city, Cape May, NJ this was her happy place. A lover of dogs the breed she always had was the lovable Cocker Spaniel. She was very independent and lived in her condo until last year with the help of her daughter and nieces, Marlene and Donna. She is survived by her daughter, Kristine L. Garrison and step- daughter, Melissa (Gannon) Kraft of Arizona; brother, Joseph Reeves of Florida; grandsons, Damian D. Mougakos and Dorn Kraft of Texas; nieces most loved Marlene Haydak and Donna Lance; Sandra Urban and Kathy Kerns; nephew, Joseph Reeves Jr. of Texas. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond H. Gannon of Texas; her son, Stephen J. (Garrison) Gannon; her sisters, Barbara Haney, Phyllis Haydak and Jeanne Urban; nephew, Andy Haydak, and one special young man Tyler Vanstory from Dallas Texas who loved her since a young boy and stayed in touch with her until his unexpected passing. She so loved him. Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements are by DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland.
