Obituary of Mary Jane Zemanik

Mary Jane Zemanik (nee Lore), 92, passed away peacefully May 14, 2024, at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township in Sewell, NJ.

Mary Jane was born in Shenandoah, PA on June 25th, 1931. She was the daughter of Anthony (deceased) and Mary (nee Smurlick - deceased) Lore, and the wife of Frank Zemanik (deceased). Mary Jane was a long-time resident of Newfield, NJ where she was a Teacher's Aide at Edgarton Memorial School, and a Child Development Associate at Early Years Daycare and Small World Infant Center. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1982 and her son Paul in 2012. She is survived by her sons, Frank Zemanik (Lisa) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Michael Zemanik (Patricia) of Mullica

Hill, NJ, and Richard Zemanik (Denise) of Newfield, NJ; her grandchildren, Megan Sullins (Danny) of Fredericksburg, VA, Paul Zemanik (Chelsea) of Franklinville, NJ and Kristina Zemanik of Newfield, NJ; and great-grandson Cameron Sullins.

There will be a celebration of Mary Jane's life on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 2pm until 3pm, followed by a memorial service at 3pm.
