Alexander E. Kalla (better known as "Alex") suddenly passed away on Saturday May 25, 2024. He was born on March 25, 1954 in Elmer, NJ.

Alex was a beloved husband, father and friend, he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Throughout his life, he was known for his hard work, dedication and passion for helping others. But more than anything Alex was a devoted father and enjoyed spending time with his girls. He always offered them guidance, support and encouragement no matter what challenges they faced.

Alex worked for Scott Paper in Landisville, NJ for many years then Wolfe Painting and was currently working at Barnabei Painting.

In his free time, Alex enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas, he was a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies and Flyers, fishing and crabbing with Ray, riding his motorcycle, visiting and socializing with his friends at the casinos, horse racing and lottery scratch-offs.

Alex is predeceased by his sister, Kathy Wright and brother, Marty Kalla. He is survived by his loving wife, Yvonne; his children, Kristie Baxter and Tracey Kalla; his granddaughter, Skyler Baxter; his brothers, Mark Kalla, Rick Kalla, Bruce Kalla, and Edward Kalla.

Alex's memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

There will be a celebration of Alex's life on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Avenue, Vineland. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 11:00am until 2:00pm, followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
