Obituary of Carolyn Kelley

Carolyn (Cowan) Kelley, 90 of Vineland, went home to be with the Lord on June 14, 2024.

Born in Georgia in 1934, her family moved to New Jersey when she was 10 years old. She spent most of her life in Millville and was a lifetime member of Assembly of God Church. Carolyn took part in nursing home ministry, women's ministry, and helped in bible school. She also helped and taught the youngest Sunday school class and helped in the nursery when needed. Carolyn was always happiest when surrounded by babies or young children, her own or anyone else's.

She will be sadly missed by her family and those who got to know her. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Keeney of Millville, and Louise Parsons (Howard) of Vineland; her sons, Jim Grinar of Pennsylvania, and Lloyd Kelley (Jennifer) of Minnesota; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren. Carolyn was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Kelley; and her sons, Carl Grinar, Robert Grinar, and Michael Kelley.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 11:00am at Assembly of God Church, 17 Wheaton Ave., Millville.
