Obituary of Landon Bao

It is with a heavy heart and unbearable grief that we share our beloved son, Landon Bao, on Monday, August 12, 2024, at age 17, passed away. He lost his battle with cancer after two years of fighting the disease.

Loving and treasured son of Albert Bao and Emily Wang-Bao. Beloved brother of Jake Bao. He was also a cherished grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to so many.

Landon graduated from Gloucester County Institute of Technology (GCIT) in June 2024. He was a member of GCIT Chapter of National Honor Society. He received 2024 Career and Technical education scholar award issued by the Department of Education, State of New Jersey. He also received a letter of commendation for his outstanding performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test in 2022 from National Merit Scholarship Program.

Above all, he was caring and with a kind heart. He leaves behind a heartbroken family that loves him so much. He will be missed dearly!

Family and friends will be received on Friday, August 16, 2024 from 10am to 12pm at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Newfield.
