Obituary of Alan A. Fornataro
Alan A. "Al" Fornataro, 74, of Rosenhayn, NJ, passed away suddenly at home on September 4, 2024. He was born in July 1950 in Vineland, NJ and was raised in Minotola.
Al attended Dr. JP Cleary School. He worked for Scott Paper for over 23 years and John Deere Landscape until retirement. Al and Kat were residents of Rosenhayn for 46 years. He was married to his best friend and love of his life Kat for 55 years.
Al enjoyed working on cars, building street rods, NASCAR, dirt track racing, and having a fire. He was an avid car show attendee. On Wednesday evenings you could find him in the garage with the best of friends. Al was frequently seen riding his golf cart around Rosenhayn with his favorite passenger Brandy Ann.
Al was predeceased by his parents, Adam Fornataro and Evelyn (LaBriola). He is survived by his wife and best friend, Kathleen (Kat) Fornataro; daughter, Denise Robinson (Albert); son, Anthony "Tony" Fornataro (Stacey); granddaughters, Briana Porter (CJ), Chelsea Robinson, Mia Fornataro, and Atalia Fornataro.
Relatives and friends will be received on Monday, September 9, 2024 from 10:00am to 11:30am followed by a funeral service at 11:30am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 South Lincoln Avenue Vineland, NJ. Burial will take place at Siloam Cemetery 550 N Valley Avenue Vineland, NJ.
